The complete production process of our Rubber Tracks and Pads is controlled entirely by GTW, beginning with the blending of the rubber formula ending with the insertion of the iron lugs, steel cable winding and the vulcanisation to ensure the correct hardness and quality of the final product. Our factory has been modernly fitted with production equipment which drastically boosts our efficiency within the production lines for every Rubber Track and Pad we produce.
We have implemented a quality control system with testing capabilities including:
– Tensile testing machinery
– Vulcanising Miriam
– Wear testing machinery
We use all of this plus a selection of other advanced detection equipment to ensure we maintain quality control competencies in every phase of production, from the material arrival to WIP testing and then finally of the finished product.
